Bambi Tron (2010)
Released by Mindstyle as a promotion for Tron: Legacy its Bambi in the style of Tron! When I first saw this, I thought it was pretty silly looking, though I have to admire the attention to detail in the box design in particular. According to "Toy News International" it was available in the Shanghai Disneyland concept store "Man Is In the Forest" and the concept design is by Edison Chen. I'll be honest, I don't love this figure but I don't dislike it either! I like when Disney gets weird, and I like when they acknowledge Tron so this is a win for me.

Tron Mask (1982)
Well, I've tried to hold off on this one long enough. But it's time to bring out my scary, scary boy. I came across this mask on a D23 blog post titled "You Need to See These Creepy Cute Disney Halloween Masks from the Walt Disney Archives" which is a mouthful. I like how they seemed to not be able to straight up say "Oh shit these things suck, but in a charming way". While I love this scary program, it is undeniable he is quite scary. But he's got a lot going for him. For one, not the worst depiction of Tron I've ever seen. Got a strong chin and the paint details are accurate! I appreciate that he's blue too, I think that's quite creative. The eyebrows are a choice. I would love to see what this looks like actually worn by someone.
That said, this ain't got nothing on my favorite Tron Halloween costume:

Anyway, where was I? Right. The Ranking.
Rating: 7.5/10 I love how scary yet genuine this is.

Tron Campaign Book (1982)
Now this one is super cool. This is from a UK marketing campaign book for the original movie! Documented by Film on Paper, this campaign book has some utterly fascinating contents that I highly suggest any fellow Tron history fans check out! The tie-in merch in particular is quite fascinating, and you may even see a familiar face or two in there (hint hint). Included in the campaign book was a small coloring section, which includes the Tron that we're gonna rank today! And would you look, here's our boy nooooooooooo--

--ooooooooooww wow! That's... Well it's Trong! Honestly, he's on the derpy looking side here, but that's okay, we love him anyway! Doesn't mean I'm going to rank him highly, though.

D23 Expo 2022: MARVEL TRON #1 40th Anniversary Comic (2022)
Released to D23 attendees to the "TRON: A Night On the Grid" event at the El Capitan Theatre, this comic was made to celebrate the 40th anniversary of Tron's 1982 release as well as to promote the (at the time) upcoming Lightcycle: Run. The beautifully colorful cover art was illustrated by artist Ivan Shavrin, and it's honestly so gorgeous! I love when people give vibrant colors to the setting and characters of Tron and this really knocks it out of the park.
But we're not HERE to talk about the gorgeous cover art, we are here to do one thing: Rank Trons. And this Tron brings back one of my favorite motifs we've seen time and again: very masc, very angry, sporty Trong. I'm not a fan, personally, but I can respect a well composed Tron.

Please stop selling these for $40 on ebay btw. I'd love to know what the contents of the comic book are (and see if there's any new Trons!!), but nobody seems to want to share previews :/
